Snacks and Appetizers

Who doesn’t love a good snack or appetizer for football and basketball season? There’s lots of games on and what’s better than having quick, easy & budget friendly snacks and appetizer ideas ready to go?

My favorite appetizer to make is my 7 layer taco dip. It’s perfect for snacking on before and during the games. It is an absolute fan favorite for adults and kids!

Another really easy recipe for a delicious appetizer, and one of the most popular recipes on my blog, is for pastelillos or empanadas. They’re great for a quick meal or as an appetizer and they freeze really well. They are one of my go-tos for appetizers, a quick lunch or dinner during a busy weekday or weekend.

Desserts

My favorite time to bake is in the fall. There is nothing better than a warm, cozy house and the smell of amazingness baking in the oven. I am not a huge fan of pumpkin, so my typical go-to fall baking includes apples. This recipe for apple dumplings is super easy, and can be made for a few people of a crowd. Perfect for a Saturday or to go with Thanksgiving dinner.

I hope you find this meal plan helpful. Do you have a meal plan set for November? What are your favorite recipes to cook for Thanksgiving? Let me know in the comments. Happy Cooking!
