Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Super Quick & Easy Chicken Alfredo

I found a great tasting Alfredo sauce at Walmart and really wanted to try it out. I made Chicken Alfredo this week for dinner and I could not believe how great it turned out! My kids and hubby loved it so much I didn’t have anything left for leftovers! Definitely a great option for a quick weeknight meal – it was on the table and ready to eat in less than 30 minutes! Check out the recipe below!

Ingredients:

1 box Fettucine or Favorite Pasta (I used Linguine)

1 Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into small pieces)

Handful Broccoli

Parmesan Cheese to Taste

Favorite Alfredo Sauce (I used Bertolli Alfredo Sauce)

Olive Oil

1 Tsp Minced Garlic

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Heat up frying pan with a little olive oil. Sauté chicken in pan with olive oil and garlic until brown. While chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta as per directions on box (during the last 3 minutes, throw in broccoli).

Drain pasta and add Bertolli sauce in large pot. When sauce is simmering, slowly incorporate pasta noodles, broccoli and chicken. Mix pasta so that it is thoroughly coated. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
