My Top 10 Planner Spreads for 2018

I love looking back at how my planning style has evolved and for that reason I keep my planners. I was looking through my 2018 Erin Condren and checking out the different spreads I did over the past 7 months (because I had to get a brand new planner in May) and thought it would be cool to show you guys my top 10 favorite spreads for the year. I have included some monthly – but most are my weekly spreads.

Disclaimer; I have linked the different shops that I purchased kits from but I am in no way affiliated with them and did not receive any sort of compensation for this post.

#10 has to be this blue and yellow spread I did back in July. The only gripe I have with the colorful version of the Erin Condren planner is that when the months combine in a weekly spread – the colors are different and can make color coordinating kind of tricky. This week had both blue and yellow in it so I went off of that using old Etsy stickers from left over kits, stickers from both Create 365 and Recollections sticker books, and washi that I bought at Michael’s . Not too shabby – at least, I think so.

This bright yellow spread I did in August comes in at #9. I love the criss-crossing washi tape. That was a design element from Natalie (@craftingaplan on Instagram). I had never seen that before and thought it was a unique way to use the washi to create a cool design.

Coming in at #8 is this National Lampoon Christmas Vacation’s inspired spread that I purchased from Brandy’s shop on etsy. You can check her out here. Christmas Vacation is one of my all-time favorite movies for the holidays and I could not pass up buying a spread that paid tribute. Brandy’s shop is one of my favorite places to buy kits from because you can get a full kit for $5 – and in the planner world, you can’t beat that price.

My pick for #7 is my back to school spread that I did from Sticker Monster Co. You can find their shop here. I just love the pictures and the colors.

My choice for #6 is this May monthly spread from Planner Kate. Her shop can be found here. I really like the peachy-oranges and the black and feel like it was a great choice for spring. This was the first kit that I ever bought from Kate’s shop, and I was very pleased with the quality and how quickly it shipped.

My pick for #5 is another kit from Brandy’s shop on Etsy. I also love the Grinch and thought it was really cute for Christmas. I love all of the colors and how it’s not all completely Christmasy with the pink and blue. I never use all of the stickers in a kit so when I have leftovers I keep them to use them in different spreads. That is one way I keep this hobby relatively budget-friendly.

My choice for #4 is a spread from Cricket Paper Co. Erica and Cody are the owners of this shop and they do a great job of creating unique kits that are easy on the wallet. They also ship items very quickly. I added some washi tape to this spread from Michael’s and really liked how it turned out.

In third place is a spread from Sticker Guru that I received as part of a $25 shop credit won through a contest they were running. I thought it was a perfect kit for mine and my husband’s birthday, especially with the champagne bottles because well, if you don’t know this about me – I love champagne. Love it.

Second place belongs to my monthly spread for September from TwoNineStickerCo on Etsy. I loved the apples and the look of plaid for a fall spread and had to get it. This was the first time I have ordered from this shop but it won’t be the last. I really like the design of their monthly layouts. I also like how it was a busy month for me but it doesn’t look cluttered or chaotic.

And last but certainly not least – my #1 spread for 2018 is this ocean/mermaid kit from Brandy’s Shop. This was the week we were away at the Beach and I thought it was a prefect way to create a memorable spread for what we did while we were down at the Delaware shore.

And there you have it – those are my top 10 planner spreads for 2018. I hope you enjoyed a little glimpse into my planner. Do you have any favorite spreads in your planner? Leave them below!

Happy Planning!
