Chicken Noodle Soup In The Crockpot

Is there anything more comforting than a big bowl of hearty soup? Especially during this time of year – and bonus if it can be made in the crockpot. It warms the soul and is perfect for those rainy, fall days or when you or the family are feeling under the weather.

I love this time of year – fall is most certainly my favorite – the food, the activities and leading up to the holiday season. It’s also a busy time of year for us as it is for a lot of families which leads me to lean on my crockpot a ton to get dinner on the table at a decent hour.

Crockpot Chicken Noodle soup is the ultimate in easy comfort food that is soothing. Hearty, and perfect for the incoming cold weather or when you’re feeling sick. This dish is made easily in the crockpot with fresh ingredients that pack it with flavor.

I love being able to make a soup quickly & easily in the crockpot. My kids have come home feeling sick from school and in no time I can have a big bowl of piping hot chicken noodle soup for them. There’s something about it – it’s like a magic prescription for health when you’re feeling ill. I make this soup with the Rustic Bread made in the crockpot. It is the perfect pairing – crispy, fresh bread that can be used to dip into the soup. It’s delicious.

  1. I feel like we have nearly the same exact noodle soup recipe (though I do add 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice– I like to think it adds a bit of vitamin c! LOL).

  2. Even though your soup is different than the Jamaican soups I am accustomed to drinking, I could rock with your chicken noodle soup recipe on days I need an easy soup to warm my soul. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I’m always looking for new soup ideas. I love this one and I love crockpot ones. I like to make my soup thicker so I always add red lentils in there. 😂. I’ll try this!
