Easy Recipes for a Memorable Thanksgiving Feast

Thanksgiving is 7 days away and I am so excited! This will be the second Thanksgiving in our new home (our 3rd in Delaware) and we are so grateful and blessed to be hosting family and spending time together. I have a few dishes that I prepare every year (stuffing, bourbon sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes) and this year there will be some new ones per my children’s request. There will be a ton of food, but more importantly we will have a lot of fun spending time together with family.

So here’s what’s on our Thanksgiving Menu for 2025:

Drinks:

Non-alcoholic beer (for my dad)

Wine (white & red)

Water

Iced Tea/Lemonade for Arnold Palmer’s

Soda

Appetizers:

Charcuterie Board – Cheese, Meat, Crackers & Olive Platter

Chips & Salsa

Shrimp & Cocktail Sauce

Main Course:

Roasted Turkey (I brine my turkey the day before using this recipe from Pioneer Woman)

My Grandmother’s Stuffing

Candied Sweet Potatoes with Bourbon – a nostalgic recipe for me because my mom made it every year

Mashed Potatoes

Tini’s Macaroni & Cheese – I have never tried this, but my oldest requested it so we will be trying it out

Green Bean Casserole

Bourbon Maple Glazed Carrots

Corn

Crescent Rolls

Cranberry Sauce

Desserts:

Mini Pecan Pies

Apple Dumplings & Vanilla Ice Cream

So there you have it – our 2025 Thanksgiving Menu! I am so hungry just thinking about it! I am looking forward to this time off, spending time with family and just sitting in gratitude. I can’t wait to cook some delicious food and make fun memories with family! Let the holiday season begin! What’s on your menu for Thanksgiving? Happy Cooking!! Xx
